This notice covers the public website at slofoodmgr.com, operated by Frame Analytics Group, LLC. It does not describe the policies of a restaurant that separately deploys the analytics application.

Demonstration enquiries

When you submit a request, we receive your name, email address, restaurant name, any optional phone number, location and message, and your agreement to be contacted. We use these details to respond to your enquiry and discuss a demonstration or pilot. The form does not subscribe you to a mailing list.

Storage and notifications

The website records requests in a database on the hosting server. When email notifications are configured, a copy is delivered through our mail service to our sales mailbox. The website's active enquiry records are retained for 90 days, after which the running service removes them. Mailbox copies and backups have separate retention and must be handled when fulfilling an erasure request.

Essential security information

The form uses a short-lived, first-party cookie named frame_form to protect submissions. It expires after approximately 2.0 hours. A keyed digest of your network address is used for submission rate limiting, rather than a raw address in the enquiry database. Rate-limit history is removed after approximately one day. The hosting infrastructure may generate separate operational logs.

No advertising trackers

This release loads its scripts, styles, screenshots and brochures from this site. It does not include advertising pixels, third-party analytics, externally hosted fonts or marketing cookies. The interactive demo uses fixed synthetic data and does not access your camera or private restaurant records.

Your choices

You may contact us without using the form. To ask about, correct or request deletion of an enquiry, email sales@frameanalytics.net and include your request reference when available. We may need to verify the request before changing or disclosing information.

A note about the product

The analytics product's named guest profiles use affirmative enrollment and check-in. Optional food-camera observations are reviewed separately from verified sales. Restaurant operators control their own deployment, access and retention configuration; this website's sample workspace is not a shared customer database.
